I spend most of my days doing one of three things: CJ work, playing with my new puppy Riley, and exercising. Fitness is a huge passion of mine, whether it’s gym classes, running or home workouts - I love it all!

The pandemic and subsequent lockdowns of the last 18 months saw the rise of the home workout industry. But before the influx of home workout influencers, one woman was already the top of the game. After her days of reality TV stardom, Lucy Mecklenburgh set about launching her own fitness programme; Results With Lucy (RWL). Since 2013, RWL has gone from strength to strength. Expanding beyond exercise RWL, now known as Results Wellness Lifestyle, is an established online streaming service providing fitness workouts, food & mindset courses. RWL is the unquestioned market leader in the fitness and wellness industry, being the only wellness app that has a CE Mark and is approved by the NHS official App Library, making RWL a Class 1 Medical Device.

In my lockdown exercise routine, RWL was a clear choice. With over 1,600 workouts there was plenty to keep me busy leaping around the CJ studio. So, I was beyond delighted when the opportunity arose to partner on a CJ X RWL collaboration.
