BBC 3 Counties commissioned Charlotte Jade to create a hand drawn birthday card for Sir Tom Moore, which was sent to him from the BBC Three Counties Radio presenter Justin Dealey. The card was personalised with individual messages from all the listeners at BBC 3 Counties and was a very special project for Charlotte and her team.
